Fire Risk Assessments
Our experts can provide you with a Fire Risk Assessment for
your commercial premises, ensuring compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 . Housing Fire
Risk Assessments are carried out to BS 9792:2025 standard all other Fire Risk
Assessments are completed to PAS79 standard and therefore complaint with the
Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
According to these legal requirements, this inspection must
be completed by a “competent person”. Recent regulation has lead to the

Our team are highly qualified to undertake the Fire Risk Assessment and they

Additionally, the owner of the property must keep a record
of the Fire Risk Assessment if they have 5 or more employees. Even with fewer
than 5 employees, it is recommended that you keep a written record of any
inspections completed.
